Because every order is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Eligible situations Print arrived visibly damaged (tears, creases, water damage) Significant color deviation from what is shown on our website Wrong print or wrong size received Item lost in transit and never delivered What we'll do Depending on the situation, we will offer a complimentary reprint or a full refund to your original payment method. We do not require you to return the damaged item. How to Submit a Claim To report an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisoncourel.com with the following: Your order number A clear photo of the item showing the issue A brief description of the problem We review all claims within 2 business days and will respond with next steps. What We Do Not Cover Change of mind or personal preference Incorrect size ordered — please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing Minor color variations inherent to screen-to-print reproduction Damage caused after delivery (improper handling, framing, or installation) Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery A Note on Framing Our prints are designed to fit standard US frame sizes available at IKEA, Target, and Walmart.
